Spring Equinox

As the season turns I look back on the times when I felt low,
To find the gifts of those experiences. What did I learn? How did I grow?

I acknowledge all the lessons and guidance I received,
thanking Spirit for the signs that confirmed what I believed.

Then gather up the memories of what didn't go so right,
And vow to let them go, to release them to the light.

With gratitude for blessings that now are clear to see,
I reset my intention about how I wish to be.

To make decisions from the heart, to have more faith than fear,
Remaining present and grounded, in the now and in the here.

Authentically to walk my talk, and live fully aware.
Connected to the Mother, in contemplative prayer.

Sending hope, love and light to all those in need,
Keeping my thoughts positive while I plant the next seed.

Grateful to Creator for giving me another day,
To be in balance, live in harmony, and walk the beauty way.
